- up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest can be canceled free of charge
- up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total booking price
- up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70 % of the total booking price
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total booking price
